We will be offering Power Skating and Hockey Skills.
We will continue to develop the strength, speed and quickness of each skater. We believe that if you have to worry about what your feet are doing, you cannot play the game of hockey. In our classes we will work on starts, strides, agility, passing, shooting, and puck handling. We will also use our popular bungie cords and resistance cords. Our repetition and attention to detail will allow the skater to become stronger and quicker!
